Logging In to Syncontrol Mobile App

To access the Syncontrol Mobile App, you can either manually input your credentials or request your admin to email you a login link using the Send App Access Link option available on the user page.

Manual Login Instructions:

  1. Open the Syncontrol Mobile App.

  2. Enter the following information:

    • Server: The server to log in to, i.e. yourserver.syncontrol.com.
    • Username: Your provided username.
    • Password: Your assigned password.
    • SSL: This setting can be ON or OFF.
      • It is recommended to keep it OFF for users in Mainland China for improved connectivity.
  3. Tap Login to access the app.
