How to Report Issues

Method 1: In-App Feedback

The easiest way to report issues is through the built-in feedback feature:

  1. Access the menu: Tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner of the app In-app menu

  2. Select feedback type: Choose the appropriate category for your issue

  3. Provide your information:
    • Enter your name (optional but helpful for follow-up)
    • Add a detailed description of the issue
  4. Submit your feedback:
    • “Submit feedback”: Sends directly via your email client
    • “Share feedback”: Allows sharing through other channels (chat apps, etc.)

  • Include your app version: Please capture a screenshot showing the version number from the bottom of the sidebar App version
  • Attach supporting materials: Include relevant screenshots or screen recordings that demonstrate the issue

  • Steps to reproduce: If possible, describe the exact steps that led to the issue
