- Legacy Analytics (Show Legacy Graphs)
Analytics provides you with a complete set of tools to explore, understand, and evaluate inspection data, defect trends, technician performance, supplier results, workflow events, and overall quality metrics.
This document explains how each part of the analytics system works, what information you can view, and how you can interact with each chart or dataset.
SynControl’s analytics are divided into three main areas:
Statistics (modern analytics with interactive charts)
Workflow Dashboard (operational and workflow-level analytics)
Legacy Statistics (classic, detailed historical reports)
Each of these areas contains multiple graphs, filters, tables, and interactive tools that allow you to analyze your inspection and operational data in depth.
Let’s get started 🚀
Navigation
You can access all analytics from the top navigation bar by selecting Performance. Inside this menu, you can choose from several options depending on the type of analysis you want to perform.
The main analytics live under:
- Performance → Statistics
- Performance → Statistics → Show Legacy Graphs
- Performance → Dashboards → Workflow Dashboard
Each section provides different types of insights.

Statistics (Modern Analytics)
Statistics is the main area where you can explore trends related to jobs, defects, and supplier performance. This section is designed with modern, clean graphs and tables, allowing you to interact with the data in multiple ways.
When you enter the Statistics module, you will see analytics grouped into categories. Each category contains a set of visual cards. You can click Open inside any card to see the full detailed report.
The Statistics analytics are divided into three main themes:
Amount and Breakdown of the Work Done
Deep Dive into Defects Found
Performance of Suppliers and Factories

Amount and Breakdown of the Work Done
This area helps you understand how jobs and man-days are distributed across areas and how they evolve month by month.
1. Jobs / Man Days by Area (Pie Chart)
This chart shows the distribution of jobs or man-days across different regions or operation areas.
