The Profile section allows each user to manage their personal information, login credentials, roles, contact details, and local preferences. These settings are unique to every user and help personalize the platform experience while maintaining secure access controls.
Updates made in this section determine how the system identifies the user, what permissions they have, and how they interact with SynControl features such as bookings, inspections, workflows, and messaging.
- Only modify your profile details if you understand how they affect platform access and permissions.
- Changing email, roles, or access groups may impact login rights and feature availability.
- Always double-check required fields before saving.
- If you are unsure about any setting, contact your system administrator.
