Files
Found in: Data > FilesFiles serve as a centralized repository where all documents, technical records, and supporting materials related to operations, compliance, or projects are securely stored and managed.
This ensures that users can upload, organize, retrieve, and manage files efficiently, maintaining traceability and version control throughout the document lifecycle. Whether it’s invoices, reports, test results, or technical folders, the Files acts as the single source of truth for all uploaded documentation.
