Import & Export

Found in: Data > Import-Export

The Import / Export module enables administrators and users to efficiently transfer large sets of data between external sources (like spreadsheets or management systems) and the SynControl platform.

It supports structured templates for importing new records, such as products, suppliers, checklists, and standards, as well as exporting system data for analysis, auditing, or reporting.

This functionality significantly reduces manual data entry, improves consistency, and helps maintain synchronized datasets across connected systems.

Let’s get started πŸš€

Step 1: Log in to your SynControl account using your administrator credentials and navigate to: Data β†’ Import / Export.
