Using your personal email domain

The email addresses that you configure are used in “from” and “reply-to” fields emails sent out from the platform. If you plan to use your own domain (other than *.syncontrol.com) we recommend setting DKIM and SPF records to improve deliverability and avoid spam filters.

Settings the records:

1. Contact us via contact form from official contact email address with request to set up DKIM and SPF records
2. We will provide you with DNS records that you’ll need to set up for your domain
3. Once you are finished with DNS changes - contact us again so we confirm and finalize the process
