Found in: Planning > CalendarThe Calendar page provides users with a clear, structured view of all scheduled bookings, technician activities, and time-based operational tasks. It helps teams plan daily and weekly workflows, check availability, and monitor upcoming commitments. All events displayed here depend on the filters applied and the selected date range.
The Calendar is an essential workspace for planning bookings, coordinating technicians, and ensuring that scheduled work aligns with client expectations and operational capacity.
Filters affect what events appear, verify selections if items seem missing. Some events may not be visible without the proper user permissions. Date and time depend on your timezone settings.

Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your Syncontrol account and click on the “Planning” from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Select Calendar from the dropdown menu. You will be redirected to the main Calendar interface.

Filters Panel
The filter panel allows you to narrow down visible events based on specific criteria. Use these filters to quickly find relevant schedules, especially on busier weeks.

| Service Type | Select the service category for which you want to display bookings. |
| Area | Filter events by geographical area or region. |
| Client | Displays events linked to a specific client. |
| Technician | Shows bookings assigned to a particular technician. |

There is also an iCal Export button, enabling users to export calendar data for integration with external tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
