Samples
Found in: Planning > SamplesThe Samples page allows users to view and track all samples linked to bookings. It provides a simple list showing each sample’s details, collection status, and storage information. This helps teams monitor which samples have been collected, where they are stored, and whether they have been sent, received, or disposed of.

Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your Syncontrol account and click on the “Planning” from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Select Samples List. You will be taken to the Samples page.

All samples appear in a table with key details for quick reference.
| Ref. | Column | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | ID | Unique sample identification number. |
| 2 | Sample Name | Name or label of the sample. |
| 3 | Booking No | Booking linked to the sample (clickable). |
| 4 | Client | Client associated with the sample. |
| 5 | Sample Type | Type of sample (e.g., Production). |
| 6 | Courier Company | Courier responsible for transporting the sample. |
| 7 | Tracking Number | Courier tracking ID. |
| 8 | Date of Collection | When the sample was collected. |
| 9 | Storage Location | Where the sample is stored. |
| 10 | Date of Creation | When the sample was added to the system. |
| 11 | Date of Disposal | When the sample was disposed of (if applicable). |

You can search for any sample using the search bar and adjust how many items appear on the screen.
