Technician Schedule
Found in: Users > Technician ScheduleThe Technician Schedule section allows you to view and manage all technician work allocations for the upcoming week. It provides a visual layout of technician assignments by area and date, ensuring that workloads are well-balanced and that no scheduling conflicts occur across regions.
By using this section, you can easily monitor which technicians are available, where they are assigned, and which areas need additional coverage.
In this guide, you will learn how to view, manage, and organize technician schedules, as well as how to assign technicians to specific areas and ensure proper coverage across regions.
Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your Syncontrol account and click Users on the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Hover over or click to expand the Technicians List submenu.

Step 3: From the dropdown, select Technician Schedule.

Once selected, the Technician Schedule screen will open, displaying a weekly schedule grid organized by areas and technicians.

Schedule Overview
The Technician Schedule screen provides a structured view of technician assignments for the next seven (7) days. Each technician’s availability and booking status are displayed in a clear, tabular format.

| 1 | Area | Each row represents a specific operational zone or region (for example, 10 CN Zhejiang or 20 CN Guangdong1). |
| 2 | Days | Each column represents a day of the upcoming week. |
| 3 | Technician Names | The technician assigned to that area on a particular day will appear inside the corresponding cell. |

If a technician’s name appears in a cell, it indicates that the technician is scheduled and unavailable for any other assignment on that date.
Assign Technicians to Areas
By assigning technicians to specific areas, you can ensure that each region has proper coverage and that workloads are distributed efficiently. This allows you to link a technician to a designated area and schedule, helping prevent conflicts or duplicate assignments.
Step 1: On the Technician Schedule page, click the technician’s name under the specific date to open their profile page.

Step 2: In the technician’s profile, navigate to the Area section and select the required area or region (e.g., 10 CN Zhejiang or 20 CN Guangdong1) where you want to assign the technician.

Step 3: After selecting the area, scroll down and click the Save User button.
